Vishal Kumar is a vibrant, hard-working first-generation advocate. Vishal Kumar is a Senior Associate at Vashishtha Law Offices. Being a law graduate from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar and having completed his LLM from GNLU as well, Vishal is also a qualified JRF, having successfully cleared UGC-NET in his first attempt. He handles Commercial and Public Law litigation, Domestic Arbitration and Corporate Advisory work of the firm, along with matters concerning Municipal Corporation of Delhi and Delhi Development Authority. His expertise in the field of Constitutional and Administrative Law are observed in his arguments and drafting. During his stint at Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC), Gandhinagar, he has worked in among other areas on Domestic Arbitration and Commercial litigation including Company Law Tribunals and Debt Recovery Tribunals. He has been part of teams and panels that have been involved in numerous transactions including the Reliance and Adani Groups, to name a few. He has also acted on behalf of numerous Corporates and Public Sector Undertakings before Indian courts.
