Harshita is a first-generation lawyer with an unwavering passion for litigation, a commitment she has cultivated since her earliest days in law school. With a year's experience as an advocate, she has gained expertise in different niche areas of law including but not limited to land acquisition matters, commercial arbitration, departmental writs, commercial suits, and family law. Her belief in hard work and perseverance has been the cornerstone of her legal journey. During her academic years, she represented her institution in prestigious international moot court competitions, including the ICC Moot Court Competition and the Willem C. Vis Arbitration Moot, achieving distinguished accolades. Her exceptional performance and dedication to mooting have earned her invitations to judge moot court competitions at leading institutions, including National Law Universities (NLUs). With a blend of practical experience and academic rigor, Harshita is focused on building a thriving career in litigation while championing young women to break barriers and explore careers in this dynamic field.
